Menu Warm confit of duck leg, spaghetti of vegetables and bean sprouts with a lightly spiced plum dressing Hertfordshire breast of chicken, wrapped in bacon with a Cranberry and red wine jus, Roasted root vegetables, fondant potatoes baked with thyme, butter and garlic.
